Any person, firm or corporation who or which shall violate any provision of this Part shall, upon conviction thereof be guilty of a summary offense and shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100 and cost of prosecution and, in default of payment of such fine and cost, be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 30 days; provided, each date the violation shall be permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
