§ 18-507. Permits.

All permits shall be issued by the Sewage Enforcement Officer of the Township, after compliance with the provisions of this Part and the existing State laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and regulations of the Department of Environmental Resources pertaining to holding or retention tanks.
