It shall be unlawful for any person to erect, construct, maintain or use any holding or retention tank for the disposal of sewage within the Township, unless all laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and regulations issued by the Department of Environment Resources relating to holding and retention tanks have been met by the applicant, and all terms and conditions of this Part have been complied with and a valid sewage permit has been issued by the Township Sewage Enforcement Officer.
