KEY TO THE DISPOSITION OF HANOVER TOWNSHIP ORDINANCES
§ 18-401. Catasauqua Sewer District.
   1.   The Catasauqua Sewer District shall be that portion of the Township designated as the Catasauqua Sewer District on the Sewer District Map.
   2.   All public sewers servicing property in the Catasauqua Sewer District shall be constructed and maintained so that the effluent therefrom is discharged into sewer mains which flows into the Catasauqua Sewage System.
