KEY TO THE DISPOSITION OF HANOVER TOWNSHIP ORDINANCES
§ 18-302.   Connection Fees.
Upon notification by the Township the improved property owner shall obtain a connection permit as indicated in this Part, and pay an amount to be established by resolution of Township Council to the Township as a connection fee.
