Should the improved property owner not install the necessary building sewer within 120 days after notification to the property owner, the Township may make the installation and immediately bill the property owner for the cost of such installation or institute court proceedings to require property owners to make such installations or take other actions which the Township finds appropriate. Connection to a sewer main by an improved property owner shall only be made after such installation is approved by the Township Engineer, and all permits have been obtained.
