KEY TO THE DISPOSITION OF HANOVER TOWNSHIP ORDINANCES
§ 18-214. Costs and Expenses Borne by Owner.
All costs and expense of construction of a building sewer and all costs and expense of connection of a building sewer to a sewer shall be borne by the owner of the improved property to be connected.
