For the purposes of the Part:
1. Even Street Numbers. On streets abutted by properties having street numbers, the side of the street bearing even street numbers shall be prohibited parking area for a period of twenty-four (24) hours beginning at 9:00 A.M. on odd number calendar days and continuing thereafter for a period of twenty-four (24) hours.
2. Odd Street Numbers. On streets abutted by properties having street numbers, the side of the street bearing odd street numbers shall be a prohibited parking area beginning at 9:00 A.M. on even numbered calendar days and continuing thereafter for a period of twenty-four (24) hours.
3. Authority of Township Manager. The Township Manager shall have the authority to declare any street or streets or side thereof a prohibited parking area by posting signs along such street or streets.
4. Snow Emergency Route. The Township manager shall have the authority to declare any street a snow emergency route, which shall be a prohibited parking area, by posting signs along such street or streets. [Ord. 556]
