§ 409. Vehicles Without Current State Inspection or Registration.
   1.   For the purposes of this Section, the following words or phrases, when used, shall have the following meanings:
   UNREGISTERED VEHICLE -
      (1)   A vehicle displaying no vehicle registration.
      (2)   A vehicle displaying vehicle registration that is expired for more than two (2) months.
      (3)   A vehicle with a Pennsylvania certificate of inspection or emissions inspection that is expired for more than thirty (30) days.
   REGISTRATION - the authority for a vehicle to operate on a highway as evidenced by the issuance of an identifying card and plate or plates issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania pursuant to the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code or by an authorized agency of another state.
   2.   No unregistered vehicle shall be permitted to park for more than seven (7) consecutive days on any public street or highway in the Township.
