§ 203. Intersections Where Turn Prohibited on Red Signal.
   1.   The following are established as intersections where drivers of vehicles headed in the direction or directions indicated are prohibited from making a right turn (or a left turn from a one-way street into another one-way street) on a steady red signal:

   2.   Any driver of a vehicle who violates any provision of this section shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay the maximum fine for such violation permitted under the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code. [Ord. 585]
