§ 102. Application for a Permit to Remove.
Every person, firm or corporation seeking a permit to remove a mobile home shall file an application setting forth the name and address of the person in whose name the mobile home or house trailer is assessed, the expected time of removal, and there shall be attached to such application sufficient proof of payment of real estate taxes assessed upon the mobile home or house trailer for the current year.
