§ 801. Definitions.
As used in this Part, certain terms are defined as follows:
   INSURING AGENT - any insurance company, association or exchange.
   NAMED INSURED - the person or persons who are insured for the building or structure where the fire occurred.
   TAX COLLECTOR - the person authorized as the collector of real estate taxes for Hanover Township, Lehigh County.
   TOWNSHIP - Hanover Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.
