KEY TO THE DISPOSITION OF HANOVER TOWNSHIP ORDINANCES
§ 404. Revocation of Permit.
The permit shall be deemed automatically revoked if:
      A.   Penn0OT Bureau of Aviation revokes the license or refuses to relicense the Site after one of its periodic inspections (which inspections are made not less frequently than annually); or
      B.   the FAA withdraws or revokes its approval or clearance, if initially required; or
      C.   thirty (30) days after the Township has notified the permit holder at its last known address in writing that the Site is no longer in compliance with the requirements herein of the Township for the initial acquisition of the permit, provided the defect, if curable, has not been cured within such thirty (30) days.
