The following words or phrases when used in this Part, shall have the meaning ascribed to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
HELICOPTER - means any rotorcraft that, for its horizontal motion, depends on its engine-driven rotors.
HELIPORT - means any area of land, water or a structural surface which is designed, used or intended to be used for the landing and take-off of helicopters, and any appurtenant areas which are designed to be used for helicopter support facilities such as maintenance, refueling and parking.
