The permit fee shall be paid immediately upon the issuance or renewal of a permit. The amount of the permit fee shall be calculated in accordance with a schedule as determined by the actual land to be used by the person to whom the permit is issued, excluding all set-back areas.
No permit shall be issued for the use of a tract of land in excess of twenty (20) acres excluding setback area.
