No elected official, officer, or employee of the Township shall direct or compel any other elected official, officer, or employee of the Township to do or perform any private service work outside of his/her public office or employment. No elected official, officer, or employee shall perform any such work during the hours he/she is performing as a Township employee; nor shall any elected official, officer, or employee use or devote any Township owned property for any private purpose other than that for the benefit of the Township.
