KEY TO THE DISPOSITION OF HANOVER TOWNSHIP ORDINANCES
§ 209. Eradication & Prerequisite to Demolition.
No Building shall be demolished until the Council receives certification from the Zoning Officer that the building and premises are free from the infestation of rodents, insects or other pest life.
