§ 104. Township Authority to Remove Excessive Vegetation.
If, within seven (7) days after the mailing of notice by the Township to a person notifying said person that excessive vegetation is present upon property owned or controlled by said person, and the excessive vegetation has not been removed, the Township may take such action as is necessary to remove the vegetation, place a lien upon the property for the costs of removal of the excessive vegetation and take any other action in law or equity to recover from the person the costs of the removal of excessive vegetation.
