The following words or phrases when used in this Part shall have the meaning ascribed to them in this Section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. Personal pronouns shall include the singular as well as the plural and the male, female and neuter gender.
EXCESSIVE VEGETATION - any grass, weeds, bushes, brush, saplings or similar vegetation exceeding permissible height, except such as are planted for useful or ornamental purposes.
PERMISSIBLE HEIGHT - eight (8) inches in height on a lot within one hundred fifty (150) feet of any building on such lot and, otherwise, fifteen (15) inches in height.
PERSON - any individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, association or other entity.
TOWNSHIP - the Township of Hanover, Lehigh County.
