Section 5.06 Township Clerk.

The Township manager shall employ a person who shall have the title of Township clerk. The Township clerk shall give notice of council meetings to its members and public, keep the journal of its proceedings and perform such other duties as are assigned to him/her by this charter or by the Township manager.
