Any person acting in violation of the provisions of this Part 9 commits a summary offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred ($300.00) dollars or by imprisonment of such person, or in case of a corporation, partnership or other entity the responsible officers or agents thereof, for a period of not exceeding ninety (90) days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
