The owner or operator of the facility shall update the appropriate documents within the cabinet style vault on an annual basis on or before March 31 of each year or more frequently when deemed necessary by the Fire Department and shall send the Fire Department a copy of all updated material, including an updated copy of the emergency and hazardous chemical inventory form.
