1. Each unit shall meet UL 437 standards, for safety key locks and UL 1610-Std. for control station - alarm units for use with UL listed alarm systems, and 1037 standard for antitheft alarms and device.
2. All cabinet style vaults shall have a minimum interior size of fourteen (14) inches high by twelve (12) inches wide by two (2) inches deep. Exceptions: Where a smaller cabinet style vault container is deemed adequate by the Fire Department.
3. Units serving as the Rapid Entry System shall be manufactured by the Knox Company, Irvine, California.
