1. No person shall plow or dump or otherwise move snow, or any other material, such that the snow, or other such material, covers a fire hydrant or obstructs the access of fire department personnel to the fire hydrant.
2. No property owner shall cause or permit snow or any other material from such property to be plowed, dumped or otherwise moved such that the snow, or other material covers a fire hydrant or obstructs access of fire department personnel to the fire hydrant.
3. No person shall plow, dump and/or place snow within a five (5) foot radius of a fire hydrant.
4. No property owner shall cause or permit snow to he plowed, dumped and/or placed within a five (5) foot radius of a fire hydrant.
5. No person shall remove, deface or damage any device attached to a fire hydrant for the purpose of aiding fire department personnel in locating a fire hydrant.
6. No property owner shall cause or permit vegetation within a five (5) foot radius of a fire hydrant to grow in excess of a height of eight (8) inches.
