1. Any person who fails, neglects or refuses to comply with any of the terms of this Part, or fails to make payment for billed costs within thirty (30) days, shall be fined not more than five hundred ($500.00) dollars or imprisoned not more than ninety (90) days, or both.
2. The imposition of the aforementioned fines and/or imprisonment shall not relieve any responsible person, corporation or other entity hereunder from civil liability to the Township as provided herein.
3. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
