1. A hazardous material label shall be affixed to each container of hazardous material with a level 3 or level 4 hazard rating in any category as specified by NFPA-49 or NFPA-325M.
2. A hazardous material label no less than six (6) inches in size shall be affixed to the rapid entry system box of every building or structure in which there is hazardous material storage.
3. A hazardous material label shall be affixed to a wall or post in a visible position in reasonable proximity to the location of any hazardous material in any room containing hazardous materials storage.
4. Every outdoor tank, cylinder, or silo with a fixed location upon the ground, pad or pavilion shall be labeled:
A. With hazardous material label if it contains a hazardous material.
B. With word or words describing its contents if it does not contain a hazardous material.
C. The D.O.T. number and name of material in subsection (A) or words in subsection (B) shall be at least six (6) inches in height.
