It shall be a violation of this Part for any person to park a nonemergency vehicle or allow a nonemergency vehicle to stand in a fire lane. Temporary stopping of a vehicle in a fire lane to load or unload passengers shall not be considered parking or standing, if the driver remains in the vehicle. In addition to any other penalties, a vehicle parked in a fire lane in violation of this Section may be towed in accordance with provisions of Chapter 15, Part 5, of the Statutory Code of the Township.
