The following words or phrases when used in this Part shall have the meaning ascribed to them in this Section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. Also, personal pronouns shall include the singular as well as the plural number in male, female and neutral gender:
PERSON - any natural person or persons, association, partnership, firm or corporation.
PLACE OF PUBLIC ACCOMMODATION - any hotel, motel, inn, or similar facility for transient quests.
SHOPPING MALL - any retail establishment which by itself or together with contiguous buildings or uses serving the general public has a gross floor area in excess of 10,000 square feet.
COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL, WAREHOUSE & OFFICE BUILDING - one or more structures designed for commercial, industrial, warehouse or office use on a single parcel of land or on separate parcels having a gross floor area in excess of 10,000 square feet.
