§ 201. Definitions.

The following words or phrases, when used in this Part, shall have the meaning ascribed to them in this Section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

FIREARMS - means any shotgun, airgun, air pistol, spring gun or pistol, rifles and pistols of any caliber, or any other implement which impels with force a pellet of any kind.
