That certain document marked and designated as the BOCA National Plumbing Code, 1990 Edition, published by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., hereafter designated as the National Code, is hereby proposed to be adopted as the Plumbing Code of the Township of Hanover, Lehigh County, State of Pennsylvania for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said BOCA National Plumbing Code, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this Part, with additions, insertions, deletions, and changes, if any noted herein.
