§ 4-206.   Violations, Penalties.
Any person who shall violate a provision of this Part or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof or who shall erect, construct, alter, repair, remove, demolish or occupy a building or structure in violation of an approved plan or directive of the code official, or of a permit or certificate issued under the provisions of this Part, shall be guilty of summary offense punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars or by imprisonment, not exceeding ninety (90) days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense. In addition to the penalties provided herein, the Township may recover reasonable attorney's fees, court costs, court recorder fees and other expenses of litigation by appropriate suit at law against the person found to have violated the rules and regulations.
