The following words or phrases when used in this Part, shall have the meaning ascribed to them in this Section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. Also, personal pronouns shall include the singular as well as the plural number and the male, female and neuter gender.
ALTERATION—means any enlargement of any building, or any work of rearrangement, removal or replacement of any exterior or interior wall, roof or support, or of any part thereof, of any building.
PERSON—means any natural person or persons, association, partnership, firm or corporation.
STRUCTURE—any man-made object having an ascertainable stationary location on or in land or water, whether or not of fixed to the land.
