For the purposes of this Part the following definitions apply:
ALTERNATE PARKING AREA - an area owned by the Township for the parking of vehicles during street cleaning operations.
PERSON - any individual, corporation, association, cooperative, partnership, or similar group or entity.
PROHIBITED PARKING AREA - streets or portions of streets designated in or pursuant to § 803 of this Part.
STREET - that portion designated for the movement of vehicular traffic on a public right-of-way legally open or officially plotted by the Township which is owned by the Township whether acquired by purchase, gift, declaration, condemnation, or other means.
