KEY TO THE DISPOSITION OF HANOVER TOWNSHIP ORDINANCES
§ 1-1207.   Administration.
   1.   The Township Manager shall be responsible for oversight of the red flags policy.
   2.   The Township Manager shall assure that all employees with authority to establish utility accounts, issue billing statements for utility accounts or collect utility accounts are aware of and comply with the red flag policies.
