PUBLIC WATER SERVICES—the services of providing potable water to properties located in the Township pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 26 of the Statutory Code.
SERVICED PROPERTY—a property in the Township receiving utility service.
SEWER SERVICES—sanitary sewer services provided by the Township to properties located in the Township pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 18 of the Statutory Code.
TOWNSHIP—Hanover Township, Lehigh County.
UTILITY ACCOUNTS—all accounts maintained by the Township for the purpose of accumulating, billing and collection of utility charges.
UTILITY CHARGES—those fees or costs charged by the Township to utility customers for utility service.
UTILITY CUSTOMER—the record owner or owners of a serviced property, as determined from the records of the Tax Assessment Office of Lehigh County, PA.
UTILITY SERVICE—sewer services and/or public water services.
