The tables in § 27-402 designate the land uses allowed in each zoning district. The allowance of the uses is identified by the type of approval required:
P = Permitted Uses (permitted by right as approved by the zoning officer, or as otherwise specified by the Chapter, except that such permission shall not supersede any deed restriction, covenant, or agreement restricting the use of land, nor any master deed, by-law, or other document applicable to a common interest ownership community.) SE = Special Exception Uses (permitted by the Zoning Hearing Board following review and recommendation of the Planning Commission and following a public hearing)
