The Council of the Township of Hanover, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, constituting the municipal authority of the said Township as defined in the Act of Assembly known as the "Municipality Authorities Act of 1945," P.L. 382, hereby signifies its intention to organize, together with he City of Bethlehem, and Township of Hanover, Northampton County, an Authority under the provisions of the said Act of Assembly, its supplements and amendments.
