1. Calling of Meetings. Meetings will be called by the Chairman as required and normally will be held at the Hanover Township Municipal Building on the 3rd Tuesday of each month beginning at 7:30 p.m. The Secretary, with the assistance of such staff as is available, shall notify all members of the Commission in writing less than 10 days in advance of such meetings.
2. Quorum and Voting. A quorum shall consist of a majority of members of the Planning Commission, not including vacancies. The majority of the members present in voting shall be necessary to pass any matter before the Commission. No business shall be transacted unless a quorum is present. A record of the roll call vote shall be kept as part of the minutes.
3. Special Meetings. Special meetings may be called by the Chairman. It shall be the duty of the Chairman to call a special meeting when requested to do so by a majority of members of the Commission.
4. Robert's Rules of Order Govern. Unless otherwise specified, Robert's Rules of Order shall govern the proceedings at the meetings of this Commission. However, the use of Robert's Rules of Order may be waived by a vote of the quorum.
