1. Annual Organization Meeting. An annual organization meeting shall be held not later than January 31st of each year.
2. Nomination. Nominations shall be made by Commission members from the floor at the annual organization meeting and election of officers shall follow immediately thereafter.
3. Majority Vote. A candidate receiving a majority vote of the Planning Commission members present shall be declared elected, and shall serve for one year or until his successors shall take office.
4. Filling Vacancies. Vacancies in office shall be filled immediately by regular election procedures.
