The Treasury Department is hereby authorized to commence a civil action in the name of the Township for the collection of any tax, interest and penalties hereunder which is due and unpaid by a person, and to recover in such action, in addition to such tax, interest and penalties, the costs of collection, including a reasonable attorney's fees.
