KEY TO THE DISPOSITION OF HANOVER TOWNSHIP ORDINANCES
§ 1-824.   Officers.
   1.   Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Secretary. The Officers of the Planning Commission shall consist of a Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretary.
   2.   Duties of Chairman. The Chairman shall preside at all meetings of the Planning Commission and shall have the duties normally conferred by parliamentary usage of such officer.
   3.   Duties of Vice-Chairman. In the absence of the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman shall preside at all meetings of the Planning Commission and shall have the duties normally conferred by parliamentary usage of such officer.
   4.   Duties of Secretary. The Secretary shall keep the minutes and records of the Commission and with the assistance of such staff that is available shall prepare the agenda of regular and special meetings under the direction of the Chairman, provide notice of all meetings to the Commission and perform such other duties as are normally carried out by the Secretary.
