KEY TO THE DISPOSITION OF HANOVER TOWNSHIP ORDINANCES
§ 401. Title.
The Part 4 shall be known as the "Business Privilege Tax Ordinance," and is enacted pursuant to the authority of the Local Tax Enabling Act, Act of December 31, 1965, P.L. 1257, as amended.
