1. Calling of Meetings. Meetings will be called by the Chairman as required and normally will be held at the Hanover Township Municipal Building on Saturday mornings beginning at 9 a.m. The Secretary shall notify all members of the Commission in writing not less than 5 days in advance of such special meetings.
2. Quorum and Voting. A quorum shall consist of 4 members of the Commission. The number of votes necessary to transact business shall be 4 including abstentions. Voting shall be by roll call. A record of the roll call vote shall be kept as a part of the minutes.
3. Special Meetings. Special meetings may be called by the Chairman. It shall be the duty of the Chairman to call a special meeting when requested to do so by a majority of members of the Commission.
4. Robert's Rules of Order Govern. Unless otherwise specified, Robert's Rules of Order shall govern the proceedings at the meetings of this Commission.
