KEY TO THE DISPOSITION OF HANOVER TOWNSHIP ORDINANCES
§ 1-805.   Election of Officers.
   1.   Annual Organization Meeting. An annual organization meeting shall be held not later than January 31 of each year.
   2.   Nomination. Nominations shall be made by Commission members from the floor at the annual organization meeting and election of officers as specified in § 804(1) shall follow immediately thereafter.
   3.   Majority Vote. A candidate receiving a majority vote of the Recreation Commission members present shall be declared elected, and shall serve for 1 year or until his successor shall take office.
   4.   Filling Vacancies. Vacancies in office shall be filled immediately by regular election procedures.
