1. Number and Terms. Members shall consist of seven persons to be appointed by the Township Council. Members shall serve for terms of 3 years provided that said terms shall be staggered so that terms of at least two members shall expire each year.
2. Filling Vacancies. Upon the occurrence of a vacancy of any member of the Recreation Commission, the Township Council may by normal procedures appoint a qualified candidate to fill the unexpired term, taking into consideration any recommendations of the Recreation Commission.
