The undersigned owners of this tract of land do hereby dedicate to the Township of Hanover all streets laid out on this plan which are located within Hanover Township as it is presently constituted and within Hanover Township as it may at any future time be constituted; and agree that the said Township of Hanover may accept the dedication of said streets, or any portion thereof, without the payment of any compensation or damages to the present or any future owners of this tract, or any part thereof.
The undersigned owners also agree that they will properly grade all individual lots to provide adequate surface drainage so that no low spots or water pockets will result to create a public nuisance; and that they will place permanent concrete monuments to grade as noted thus upon completion of grading.
The aforementioned dedication and agreements shall be convenants running with the land.
