IV. CORPORATE OWNER'S ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF PLAN

On this ______________day of ___________, before me, the undersigned officer, personally appeared _________________________________, who acknowledged himself to be the President of ______________________, a corporation that is the owner of this land; that this subdivision plan of said corporation's land was made at the direction of said corporation; and that said corporation desired that this plan be recorded as its act and deed.
