1. The Township Manager shall create the following lists and post them at a place readily accessible to CDL employees:
A. A list of consultative and treatment services available in the area for drug and alcohol abuse programs.
B. A list of education and training resources available in the area for drug and alcohol abuse problems.
2. The Township Manager shall designate a place or service for referring employees who test positive for drug and alcohol for consultation and treatment.
3. The Township Manager shall establish and administer the following program:
A. A hour training and educational program for employees.
B. One hour training programs in both drug and alcohol detection and related matters for supervisory personnel. Said training program shall include the following components:
(1) Effect of drug and alcohol abuse on health and safety.
(2) Manifestations of abuse and abuse detection.
(3) Documentation of training and implementation of this policy. (Ord. 324, 12-20-95, § 1)
