A. Intent. This Appendix is intended to specify the standards to be adhered to in the design of all subdivisions and land developments. The design standards for required as well as accessory improvements are included in this appendix. These standards will be subject to periodic review and revision by resolution of the Township Council. The standards are to be considered as an integral part of the Subdivision and Land Development Chapter of Hanover Township, Lehigh County.
B. Application. The standards and requirements outlined herein shall be considered minimum standards and requirements for the promotion of the public health, safety, morals and general welfare.
C. Reference Materials. Wherever specific documents are referenced herein, and said documents are hereafter updated, revised or replaced, then said updated, revised, or replaced document shall be applicable.
