KEY TO THE DISPOSITION OF HANOVER TOWNSHIP ORDINANCES
§ 1-770.   Purpose.
The Township adopts the following herein Drug and Alcohol Policy and Testing Program for the following purposes:
      A.   To comply with the requirements of employers pursuant to the Federal legislation regarding commercial driver's license (CDL) and the Federal regulations thereto as far as they apply to this Township.
      B.   To conform the employment policies of this Township with the requirements of said law and regulations.
